Modtot says pumpkins, two, tunnel, lights, lots....
She has a "newborn baby girl" and a MacClaren doll stroller.
She loves splashing in rain puddles in her froggy boots and flowery raincoat.

Oh, did I mention that yesterday we went to a Pumpkin Patch & babygirl says "punkin" and last weekend we went on the Steam Trains at Tilden Park in Berkeley & she has toy trains & she has seen and played with trains at book stores and toys tores and the Sausalito Discovery Museum & she sees them on her Einstein videos and in books & flashcards & she says "choo choo" and knows it's different than a "car", which she says frequently.

We just got back from a carpet & linoleum store where they have a big toy train and she climbed up their carpeted stairs to a room with shelves of carpet sample books. She LOVES that place. Choo choos, stairs, carpet, books... WOW, they have it all. She is napping now. Daddy worked today, so we didn't see him. We got up around 7 after nursing frequently from 2AM. Ms. Baby had a banana & organic cookie (she said "cookie" alot). We strollered up Piedmont Ave by Fenton's in search of a yard sale, got a decaf on the way & said HI to Anya & her Dad, and Matthew and his Dad.
At Fenton's we heard the church bells of St.Leo's so we were listening to the song & I got some cheek kisses. Then we noticed Noah's mom in the churchyard & we went over & played with them. He had a snotty nose & he pushed her a few times & yelled at her "don't move" and yelled in her face & took things out of her hand and had to be reprimanded.
Then we went home & saw the disabled neighbor (apt.A) & talked with her about her cats , played ball in the backyard & Ms.Baby ran around the dumpster, because the lid was open in the back and rested against the fence creating a tunnel, which she found very exciting. I noticed the laundry room door was wide open & the light was on so I went to close it and smelled human urine. GROSSSS! And I noticed a small cheap gold ring on the ground. I picked it up and realized it must be our disabled neighbor's (apt.Chelper's, the one we figure is responsible for our cat being missing..... What to do with it?
Then we got in the car and went to the Ace Hardware as it was opening at 10AM. We got dishwashing gloves for mom (hot pink) and dad (blue/yellow) and what we were there for, varathane to coat Ms.Baby's Karim Rashid Kosmos blocks.
When we came home from our errancs we saw the disabled neighbor (apt.C) was in her Lark scooter in the driveway & I gave her "the ring" & told her about the laundry room piss & asked her to ask her helper to keep the door locked.
I like one of the linoleum samples I got for the kitchen. It's Wysteria! But, should I bother to refloor this apt. or just move and refloor somewhere new? I want to move! We need the space! And Ms.Baby needs her own room and more playing room and a safe yard and I NEED a laundry room with a new LG washer & dryer!!!!! We need a great big kitchen with real sized appliances (LG). Maybe even a dishwasher, ooh lah lah! Then I can take care of us properly, maybe run a successful home business and have another or 2 bambinos before my machinery locks up. We'd have covered parking, storage space, a safe place for our bikes and strollers.....

Miss Baby said "brito" tonight for burrito. We shared a black bean and rice with whole wheat tortilla. Since we came home from the playground tonight, she said bath at the bath tub and she's been saying "car" all day and "doll"

Yesterday we woke up at Oma's and went to the San Jose Discovery Museum and the Valley Fair Mall (I found my own way back to Oma's). She met us at her house after she worked half day and went to the gym and ran an hour, to play for 2 more hours before her massage appointment.

Today she flew to see her knew house in Tennessee. I searched craigslist.com for affordable mobile homes. Daddy's working overtime as usual and has committed to working tomorrow (saturday) at time and a half. He's going to sleep at Oma's because it's close to work. We'll see him tomorrow night.

Miss Baby said her name last saturday!!!!
This Saturday she said "amil" which means "animal" and "abbit" which means "rabbit.
She said a lot of other words I can't think of right now.
I've had bronchitis for a week. Ms.Baby just has a cold. She's napping.
We went to the Tilden Park Little Farm & Steam Train in Berkeley yesterday.
We had a great time.

Yesterday at the Sunnyvale Library, miss Baby learned "carrots" by looking at a Hidden Villa Organic Farms display of plastic food and comparing it with an apple. Later she said "pizza" after I said pizza, when we were out for a walk. Early in the morning we went to Kennedy Park in San Jose. First we walked at the Japanese tea gardens and saw a lot of colorful koi with spots and stripes, then we went to the Happy Hollow Zoo and she touched the noses of miniature horses and a donkey and a Llama and a goat. We ate organic strawberries and a Lemur came up to inspect them in their basket. She laughed and calle him a cat. She saw big colorful parrots, but didn't show much interest. Then we went to the amusement park part and she cried to get off of the little merry go round. It was going way too fast. They stopped it and we moved her off a horse and onto my lap on a little bench, but she was still trying to get off the merry go round. I was glad when it was over. Then she took a nap in the car and we went house hunting and neighborhood looking in Sunnyvale. It was about 85 degrees.

We have to get the amount and interest rate in writing from a lender.
?Where to shop? Who is best to deal with? How will it effect our credit score?
Eloan? Etrade?Lendingtree.com?Costco?Schwab?

also, we just transferred account from Schwab to Etrade, so we have to:
order debit cards & checks from Etrade, set up Bill Pay at Etrade (ask for waiver from Schwab of $6.95 for billpay for last several months (because we never set it up).
and
we have to find out what account to use to pay expenses with until account is transferred from Schwab to Etrade (Washington Mutual?)
